No Refund Policy
At Nik & Kel Designs, every service and subscription is delivered with intention, strategy, and dedicated time. Because of the nature of our digital services, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for services, subscriptions, or digital products once a purchase has been made.
Service Initiation Period
All one-time services purchased through Nik & Kel Designs must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
If services are not initiated within this timeframe:

Subscription Services
Monthly subscription services—including website maintenance, digital system support, or app-based services—are billed on a recurring basis.

Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle

Once a billing cycle has started, no partial refunds will be issued
Access to subscription services remains active through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable. The only exception is in the case of duplicate purchases made in error. If this occurs, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the purchase for review.
